Hey there, fellow humans! I’m Heather Couillard, the owner and lead consultant behind Couillard Creative Consulting - or, as I like to call it, C3.
Yep, it’s just me holding down the fort - but don't let the solo act fool you! I’m here to bring order, strategy, and high-level design to your business, ensuring that what you look like on the outside finally matches how good you are on the inside. (Or, rather, that your business’ digital presence accurately reflects its real-world presence.)
So, what’s the deal with C3? Well, picture this: One woman (me) armed with a laptop, a 32oz. tumbler of cold brew coffee (yes, even in a New England winter), and a killer playlist, ready to take the jumbled ideas in your head and turn them into a clear, profitable roadmap.
That’s me. Just don’t expect a stiff corporate suit. Truthfully, I do my best work when I’m comfortable, authentic, and fueled by caffeine. But here’s what else you need to know about me:

I believe in the power of thinking outside the box and dancing to the beat of your own out-of-rhythm drum. But I also know that creativity without a plan can result in chaos.
Plus, marketing has lost its human touch. It has become a science of metrics and bots instead of connection and trust. At C3, I’m changing that.
Sure, I’ll get your site functionality perfect and your SEO dialed in - but more importantly, I’m going to help you build a brand foundation that works. I don't just make things "look pretty." I build the logic, the messaging, and the strategy so that your business can grow without you having to constantly explain your value to people.

I believe in creating a safe and inclusive space where diverse voices are celebrated and stories are empowered. Who I Work With: At C3, I partner mainly with service-based leaders and organizations (though I do occasionally work with product ventures). I’m all about helping people who do for others, because that’s what makes me happiest. And honestly, if I’m happy doing something, I’m better at it. (I suspect that’s true for almost everyone, though.)

We hit it off right away, and quickly got down to talking about creative options for the vibe and flow of the website, as well as the practical side of things – – what platform we would use, where the site would be hosted and who would be maintaining the website.
